Succ\u00e8s garantie \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour 8 personnes &#8211; Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 60 min<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1,2 kg de chair de figues<\/li>\n<li>1 kg de sucre g\u00e9lifiant (1,2 kg de sucre semoule ou de sucre cristallis\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1\u00a0:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Commencer par choisir des figues fra\u00eeches, m\u00fbres et bien fermes. Retirer la queue, les peler si vous le souhaitez et les couper en 4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peser 1,2 kg et les verser dans la bassine \u00e0 confiture avec le sucre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3 :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. \u00c0 partir de ce moment, compter le temps de cuisson : 7 minutes avec un sucre g\u00e9lifiant, sinon 15 \u00e0 20 minutes. Maintenir un feu vif et remuer souvent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 4 :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire le test de la confiture en versant quelques gouttes sur une assiette froide puis pencher l&rsquo;assiette. La confiture de figue doit couler doucement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 5 :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9cumer et proc\u00e9der sans attendre \u00e0 la mise en pots.
